Our Team
The people behind your order
Drains Company is run by a small, dedicated team with one focus: helping people buy a drain part that fits the drain they have. We keep the range tight, list the size, material and fit on every product page, and keep the service personal.
When you email us, a real person reads it and replies, usually within one working day. No call centres and no scripts, just straight answers about which part suits your drain and what to measure.
Drains Company is a division of BuyFactory Direct Pty Ltd (ABN 30 656 628 938), a wholly owned subsidiary of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd.
